DoorDash Returns

I placed an order with Sephora on DoorDash and when things did not work with the product I followed policies and returned product to the Sephora store. Per policy once product is returned to Sephora store doordash will get the funds and fulfill the refund to the customer within 5-7 days.
However, 4 agents from DoorDash abruptly ended every chat I had when I asked questions and presented receipts and 2 agents from Sephora are stating there is nothing they can do.  I have been a sephora customer for years and I am highly disappointed knowing that DoorDash and Sephora is illegally keeping funds and not abiding by policies

@doordashcomp I'm so sorry about this! If it has been past the 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays), I recommend reaching out to DoorDash again so that this can be looked into. You may request to speak with a supervisor if an agent is unable to assist. Thank you!
