Fleet Optics mis-delivered my package

Hi, 

I don't know if anyone could advise me on what to do? I have placed an order and was supposed to receive it today. The delivery guy calls; he cannot find my apartment; it's odd since it's very in your face, but wtv, I tell him to leave it at the mailbox, and I will just come pick it up (as it is right at the corner of my apartment). Come out; it's nowhere. When I looked at the delivery picture, it showed it was left at a mailbox, but in some building that I am not familiar with. It turns out it was delivered by Fleet Optics, the worst and most unreliable company. I have sent an email to Fleet Optics with very little hope. What are the next steps? I cannot seem to find a convenient way of contacting Sephora. Any advice?

Same thing happened to me. Picture left of proof of delivery was the building next to mine. I went and asked someone from that building and the package is nowhere to be seen.
